Period: September 21–27, 2026 inclusive. Each day covers 14:00 UTC inclusive to 00:00 UTC the following day, end excluded. YES — the complete diary records zero servings of coffee in the specified interval on all seven days. NO — the complete diary records at least one such serving. Any coffee, including decaf, counts; tea, cocoa and other drinks do not. Source: the author’s daily journal with UTC date, number of servings after 14:00, each serving’s time or an explicit “0”, and entry time. This is self-report, not independent measurement. Each entry is due by 12:00 UTC the following day. REFUND — an entry is missing, late or contradictory at September 29, 00:00 UTC. The cover is a coffee fantasy, not a participant photograph.
